Strategic Executives Agency has approached us to sharpen and modernize its visual branding. Despite a recent refresh, the current design fails to capture the agency’s innovative and dynamic essence. Client feedback highlights concerns: the branding feels outdated, not unique, and lacks impact. We’re not pursuing a full rebrand but a strategic refinement - retaining key assets like the logo and core colors while elevating the brand’s overall identity. Our objective is to refine the visual language, ensuring it aligns seamlessly with Strategic Executives Agency’s position as a bold, forward-thinking consultancy/agency.

Strategic Assessment
We will begin with a structured questionnaire, incorporating insights already shared by Strategic Executives Agency along with additional targeted questions focused on visual identity and brand strategy. This will allow us to identify the key gaps and opportunities for improvement. The objective of this phase is to establish a strategic foundation for the visual refinements while ensuring alignment with the agency’s core identity and positioning.

Refining Brand Identity
In this phase, we will define the enhanced visual identity by refining the color palette, selecting new fonts, and developing new design elements. These updates will be cohesively integrated to maintain brand consistency while elevating the agency’s aesthetic appeal. Additionally, we will align all graphic assets with the refreshed brand direction to create a unified visual language. This will form a brand design system.

Brand Implementation
The final phase will focus on practical brand application. We will create image-text compositions and develop design templates for key documents such as service overviews, proposals, and/or process explanations. Additionally, we will design adaptable social media templates in Figma, enabling Strategic Executives Agency to maintain a strong and consistent presence across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook and co.
