overview of the project.
Spacebot, a boutique video agency, requires a new, innovative website that serves both as a showcase and a lead-generation platform. The website will feature a mobile-first approach, with a strong emphasis on video performance. A key feature is the integration of GIF previews on the homepage, leading to individual video pages where testimonial videos can be viewed. Additional sub-pages will include a services overview, a service template, a contact page, and sections highlighting Spacebot’s boutique creative agency and production house. Webflow has been selected as the development platform due to its flexible CMS, allowing easy integration of new projects.
While CMS item maintenance is not included in this proposal, it can be offered at a discounted rate if the scope is defined.

Strategy
In this phase, we collaborate with Spacebot to define the website’s positioning and design direction. This includes developing a mood board and analyzing design references to align on a visual language that complements Spacebot’s brand identity. The goal is to establish a foundation for both the structure and aesthetics of the website before moving into the design phase.

Figma Design
Using insights from the strategy phase, we design the website in Figma. This phase includes iterative feedback loops with Spacebot to refine the layout, interactions, and overall user experience. The design will prioritize video performance, mobile-first responsiveness, and a structured content hierarchy that highlights Spacebot’s expertise. Once finalized, the design will be prepared for Webflow implementation.

Webflow Development
During the development phase, we build the website in Webflow, set up the CMS for easy content management, and optimize the platform for performance and responsiveness. A walkthrough of the Webflow system will be provided via a video call or a pre-recorded Loom tutorial, ensuring Spacebot can manage content updates independently. Maintenance packages are available upon request.
