Pineo is seeking a modern, clean, and responsive website for its B2B IT consultancy, designed and developed in Webflow. The project will be executed in a phased approach to enable a rapid launch of the homepage within two to three weeks, followed by the gradual rollout of additional sub-pages. The website will incorporate an expanded branding system, including a refined color palette and font selection. A long-term collaboration is expected, with ongoing updates and the addition of new pages in the future.

Strategy
This initial phase focuses on defining Pineo’s branding elements and overall website structure. Together with you, we will establish a clear direction for the website by creating a mood board and selecting fonts to complement the existing brand colors. The goal is to move swiftly through this phase while ensuring a professional and cohesive visual identity.

Homepage
The homepage will be designed in Figma, iterated upon based on client feedback, and then developed in Webflow. This phase includes unlimited revision loops to refine the user experience and visual presentation. Once finalized, the homepage will go live. Additionally, we will provide consulting and support for the GoLive process, along with a recorded Loom tutorial or Google Meet on managing the CMS.

Sub-Pages
Following the homepage launch, we will design and develop the remaining pages incrementally, ensuring consistency in design and functionality. These sub-pages will be structured around the homepage’s graphical and UX framework and integrated into Webflow with optimized performance and SEO considerations. We estimate to be able to publish 1-3 pages each week.
