The first approach involves customizing a high-quality Webflow template to align with the desired layout and design. The second approach entails creating a bespoke design from scratch using Figma, followed by development in Webflow.

Strategy
In this initial phase, we will send Matt Foss our questionnaire to gather detailed information about his objectives and preferences. Following this, we will conduct a kick-off call to discuss insights and clarify any questions. Additionally, we will provide access to a mood board featuring websites from the executive coaching industry to explore design aesthetics.

Figma Design
For the bespoke design approach, we will create the website design in Figma. Our iterative process begins with designing the homepage, which will be shared with Matt and his team for feedback. After incorporating revisions and obtaining approval, we will proceed to design the subsequent pages, ensuring each aligns with the overall vision. This phase can be skipped when deciding for the template approach.

Webflow Development
During this phase, we will transform the approved design into a fully functional website using Webflow or modify the template as per the agreed-upon requirements. Our team will ensure a pixel-perfect implementation and conduct thorough quality assurance testing. Once the site is ready, we will present it to Matt Foss and his team for review. Additionally, we will support the go-live process, including domain connection and basic SEO settings, to enhance the website’s online visibility.

As part of our package, we offer you the added benefit of three months of included website maintenance after launch.
