Flok is seeking a new website to solidify its position as a leader in corporate retreat planning. The primary objective is to establish credibility, create a seamless lead generation flow, and inspire confidence in potential clients through a modern yet approachable design. The website will be developed in Webflow, leveraging a selected template or clonables, with custom-designed sections as needed. A structured approach will be taken to ensure clarity in sitemap organization, design consistency, and an optimal user experience.

Strategy & Structuring
In this phase, we will define the structure and strategy of the website. We will send a questionnaire to gather insights on the visual and functional preferences of Flok. Using the selected Webflow template (Xplore) as a foundation, we will create a comprehensive layout plan in Figma. This will include screenshots of template sections, clonables, and custom-designed components where necessary. The goal is to provide a clear reference for both Flok and our development team regarding the arrangement and flow of the website.

Once the design structure is finalized, we will begin assembling the website in Webflow. This phase involves integrating the selected template elements, adding custom sections where required, and ensuring seamless CMS functionality for easy content updates. Quality assurance will be conducted by our entire agency team to verify responsiveness, performance, and usability across all devices.

The final phase includes launching the website and supporting with connecting the domain. We will provide Flok with guidance on CMS management, including a Loom video or a video call session detailing how to edit text, images, and CMS content. Our team will be available for support during the launch to address any last-minute adjustments.
