Project Overview
DutchX is undergoing a strategic rebranding that emphasizes its bold, sustainability-first positioning within the logistics industry. The company is seeking support to design and develop a new marketing website that reflects this differentiated identity. The scope includes Figma designs for both mobile and desktop across five to seven core pages (homepage, solutions, industries, about, and innovation/sustainability), as well as front-end development that integrates directly into HubSpot. DutchX has deprioritized content strategy and brand guidelines for now and provided an internal moodboard and messaging direction as reference.
In this initial phase, we will focus on gaining a clear understanding of DutchX’s market positioning and visual tone. Drawing from the rebranding work already in motion, we’ll conduct a light website competitive scan and refine two to three moodboard directions that resonate with DutchX’s bold, EV-forward brand. This phase sets the creative foundation for design work and confirms visual and strategic alignment before entering Figma.
This core design phase covers layout, interface design, and visual storytelling across both mobile and desktop views for five key pages. DutchX will receive iterative updates and benefit from unlimited revision loops throughout the process. Particular attention will be given to representing DutchX's neurologistic network concept through custom illustration and animation-ready compositions. The Figma files will be delivered ready for handoff or direct development implementation.
If selected, this phase includes frontend development of the approved designs using HTML, CSS, JS, and HubL to integrate directly into HubSpot’s CMS. Given DutchX's current infrastructure and data needs, we will align with their tracking and CRM setup and consult on best practices for responsive performance and animation handling within HubSpot’s architecture. If necessary, we’ll collaborate with DutchX’s developers for backend or hybrid solutions.
As part of our package, we offer you the added benefit of 3 months of included website maintenance after launch.
During this period, our team will be available to provide ongoing support, ensuring that your website remains in optimal condition and addressing any issues that may arise, as well as updating content and images.
