agency morgentau is excited to work with Ben and Democracy Forward on creating a distinct design system and tailored Webflow components.
We'll use the Untitled UI kit, adapting it to fit the Democracy Forward brand, so all marketing efforts are aligned with the same design elements. This ensures a cohesive look across all platforms.
We chose the Untitled UI kit because it lets us create the core components of the design system efficiently, helping us deliver faster without compromising on consistency.

Strategy
We will hold a meeting shortly to kick off the project, where we will discuss the next steps, structure, any additional requirements, and provide a list of the necessary content and documents. Our Creative Director Jan, our designer Ksenia, our developer Aleksandra and I will be present. As part of this process, we’ll go over a detailed questionnaire during the meeting. Our goal is to ensure that all design and development work aligns perfectly with Democracy Forward's brand and target audience.

Part 1: Design System
Based on the work from the strategy phase, we'll start by adjusting the Untitled UI kit to Democracy Forward's brand. Also, this steps include the Figma design of the website components which will then be developed in Webflow. Feedback can be given via meetings, Loom videos, or directly in Figma.

Part 2: Webflow Development
We will build the website components in Webflow and save them up for later use (e.g. for protyping or wireframing). Furthermore, we will conduct thorough QA, and after your final review, assist with the launch to ensure a seamless transition to a live website.

After the launch, we
won't leave you in the dark...
Post-Launch-Care.
As part of our package, we offer you the added benefit of two months of included website maintenance after launch.
During this period, our team will be available to provide ongoing support, ensuring that your website remains in optimal condition and addressing any issues that may arise, as well as updating content and images.

The second part of the project project involves creating up to 10 component section in Webflow that can be used for a onepager.
Upwork Billing
- Part 1: Hourly $45 | 25-40 hours depending on revisions & complexity.
- Part 2: Hourly $60 | 15-20 hours depending on revisions & complexity.
We decided to go with an hourly rate rather than a fixed price because it keeps us flexible and the scope can't be clearly defined now.
